This participative workshop aims to support you to take a reflective look at your career to date, consider your options, and identify your transferable skills, achievements. Developing an action plan to identify steps needed to work towards meeting your career goals.

Who is it for?

For all individuals within the local authority who wish to explore their career wants and needs.

Sessions can be tailored to suit the particular circumstances.

What will I learn?

This session will support you in:

• Providing a safe and relaxed environment for you to explore your career so far
• Allowing you time to reflect on your current skills and support you to identify your transferable skills
• Enabling an understanding of what are your motivation and resource gaps.
• Helping you identify different ways that you can close your motivation and resource gaps
