Aim of Forum
- To provide support to newly qualified Social Workers in making the transition from qualifying education to professional practice
- To provide opportunity, through participation in the forum, to accumulate learning that counts towards the PRTL requirements set out by the SSSC
- To provide a structured approach to action-based learning to help members process and consolidate learning and training undertaken in respect of registration and agency requirements for their post
- To provide a range of thematic inputs to complement and enhance learning from members’ practice experiences
Who Should Attend:
This monthly Forum is open to all newly qualified Social Workers in Housing & Community Safety and Education & Children’s Services.
