Return to main page

It is really important for us to try to remain as physically active as possible particularly when our movement outdoors is so restricted.  Many of you will be engaging with social media which has lots of tips/resources on how you can keep yourself physically active indoors.

The following Chartered Society of Physiotherapy video demonstrates some strength and balance exercises which you could encourage someone to do as long as they are usually steady on their feet and have a strong support to hold onto e.g. a table, the back of a sturdy chair or the kitchen sink. Please do not advise these if you are in any doubt.
